To delist an item on OpenSea means to remove it from your store so that it is no longer available for sale. This can be done by deleting your entire store, or by cancelling the sale of a specific item. Cancelling a sale and delisting an item from OpenSea is free! When you delist an item, it will no longer appear in any public searches on the OpenSea website. Your item will also be removed from any collections it was previously a part of.
Can You Delist on OpenSea?
The ability to delist items is not currently available on OpenSea. So once an item is listed for sale, it will remain there until it is sold or the seller deletes their entire store.

How to Remove an NFT from Your OpenSea Store
The only way to remove an NFT from your OpenSea store is to delete your entire store.
To do this, go to “My Profile” and then select “Delete Store.”
Once you confirm that you want to delete your store, all of your listings will be removed and buyers will no longer be able to purchase any of your NFTs.
Why did my collections disappeared
If you used to have collections on OpenSea and they’re now gone, it’s likely because you’ve delisted all of the items in those collections. Remember, you can’t delist individual items on OpenSea, so when you delist an item from your store, it will also be removed from any collections it was in.
Cancel Sale Entirely
If you’d like to cancel your sale and have your item removed from OpenSea, simply go to the “Edit” page for that particular item. From there, you’ll see a “Cancel Sale” button at the bottom of the page.
